1. About All Fridge Seal

All Fridge Seal provides replacement refrigerator and freezer door seals, including seals for domestic and commercial refrigeration equipment. We may provide replacement seals on a supply-only basis or offer professional installation services where available.

3. Enquiries and Orders

Any other information reasonably required to identify the correct replacement seal

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically constitute acceptance of an order or guarantee product availability.

4. Identification of Replacement Seals

We will make reasonable efforts to identify the appropriate replacement seal based on the information and photographs supplied by you.

Where the appliance model, existing seal, dimensions or other information cannot be clearly identified, we may require additional information before confirming the appropriate product.

You acknowledge that incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by you may result in an incorrect product being identified or supplied.

5. Quotes and Pricing

Where a quotation is provided, the quoted price will be based on the information available to us at the time.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, a quotation may not include additional services, delivery charges, installation charges or other costs that were not included in the original quotation.

A quotation is subject to confirmation and may have an expiry period specified at the time it is provided.

Prices may change where additional work, materials or services are required.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment method and within the timeframe specified by All Fridge Seal.

Where payment is required before manufacture, dispatch or installation, work may not commence until payment has been received and cleared.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order where payment has not been received as agreed.

7. Custom-Made or Special-Order Seals

Some seals may be made, manufactured or ordered specifically to suit the customer’s appliance.

Where a seal is custom-made or specially ordered according to information supplied by the customer, cancellation or return may not be available where permitted by law, particularly where the product cannot reasonably be resold.

We will advise you where special-order or custom-made conditions apply.

8. Delivery

Where products are being delivered, delivery times are estimates only unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, incorrect delivery information, weather events, transport disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

9. Installation Services

Where installation is arranged, the installation service will be performed at the agreed location and in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance.

The appliance should be accessible to the technician and, where reasonably required, cleared of items that may prevent safe access to the refrigerator or freezer door.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Where practical, we will advise you of any additional charges before carrying out the additional work.

10. Appliance Condition

The replacement of a door seal does not repair other faults with a refrigerator, freezer or refrigeration system.

All Fridge Seal is not responsible for unrelated appliance faults, including but not limited to:

Compressor faults
Thermostat faults
Electrical faults
Refrigerant or gas-system faults
Door or hinge damage
Cabinet damage
Warped doors
Structural damage
Other pre-existing appliance faults

If an appliance has an underlying mechanical or structural problem, replacing the door seal may not resolve the issue.

11. Installation Limitations

Although we take reasonable care during installation, older or damaged appliances may have existing problems that become apparent during the replacement process.

This may include brittle plastic components, damaged door frames, deteriorated mounting areas, damaged hinges or other pre-existing defects.

We will take reasonable care to avoid damage, but we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing defects or deterioration that were not caused by our work.

12. Returns and Exchanges

If you believe that you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs or other information to assess the issue.

Where a product is faulty or does not comply with Australian Consumer Law, your legal rights and remedies will apply.

Change-of-mind returns, cancellations or exchanges for correctly supplied products may be subject to our applicable return conditions and any reasonable costs associated with returning or replacing the product.

Custom-made or specially ordered products may be subject to different return conditions, subject always to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Where Australian Consumer Law provides you with rights or remedies, those rights continue to apply.

14. Warranty

Where a product or installation warranty is offered, the applicable warranty period and conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase or installation.

A warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation by others, modifications, abnormal use, negligence, or other circumstances outside the applicable warranty conditions.

This clause does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

You agree not to:
